In Weight Management we can use Hypnotherapy and coaching to create a good combination. We can use the conscious mind to understand the logic and triggers and to understand the benefit of nutrition and exercise.

Then with the subconscious mind accessed through hypnotherapy we can reach the root cause of any weight management issues . In many cases people can be aware or think they know the root cause but sometimes there is more than one cause and it is important to address all causes for a successful outcome.

Hypnotherapy is a controlled and relaxed process of regressing to a time when these causes manifested so a release for the emotional response to them can be experienced and the event can then be seen in a new light.

Sometimes there is no underlying cause and rather a series of unhealthy habits that have been learnt that need to be reversed. Hypnotherapy can help to reframe relationships with food.
