Fears and Phobias
Phobias are common and include needle phobias, fear of heights , flying, open spaces, closed spaces, spiders, dogs, insects, textures, blood, hospitals, germs, water, swimming pools and many others which can range from being uncomfortable to completely debilitating. In a therapy session the source of your anxiety can be identified and dealt with, freeing you from the restrictive measures the fear has had on your life.
