ANXIETY

Anxiety is a message to you highlighting that something is threatening your well being and happiness/fulfillment.
No matter what is going on in your life you are never responding to events in the outside world but only to your internal representation of these events. It is your experiences and the emotional response you have had to them that are responsible for your reactions. Anxiety is an emotional response that can be triggered by an event that is related in some way to something that has happened that has caused you distress. You may not be conscious of what the event was but it is stored in your subconscious memory.
Once it is dealt with it wont effect you or trigger you in your present day life.
Often an event may have caused many emotions in you for example shame ,hurt being misjudged, not listened to , not heard, not good enough, and guilt. Sometimes the same event can be revisited to make sure all emotions are dealt with and released.
